‘Art Space’ is a unique initiative that aims to support the local art community and allow artists to showcase their work to the public. Launched in partnership with DCT, Aldar Retail is providing exhibition spaces for UAE-based artists at Aldar malls across the emirate, showcasing their latest work and engage with wider audiences.

Starting from 5th November 2020, UAE-based artists will use gallery and exhibition spaces at at YAS Mall, World Trade Centre Mall, Al Jimi Mall in Al Ain

For the first phase of ‘Art Space’, artist Azza Al Qubaisi will be showcasing her metalworking skills with a display of stunning sculptures at Yas Mall. Al Qubaisi enjoys exploring and experimenting with metal and natural materials, and holds a MA in Cultural and Creative Industries from Higher Colleges of Technology, Abu Dhabi, and a BA in Jewelry Design, Silversmithing and Allied Crafts from London Guildhall University (now London Metropolitan University). She is also a recipient of the British Council Young Cultural Entrepreneur Award and the Emirates Women Award.
